Payroll software and applicable filing fees are charged separately. Payroll pricing assumes one state and a standard recurring payroll schedule. Complex or multistate payroll receives a custom quote.

Which package should I choose?
Start with your typical monthly transaction volume and number of bank, credit card, and other financial accounts. During your free discovery call, we'll discuss the level of reporting and review support you need and recommend a fit.
Is bill payment or invoicing included?
Momentum and Executive include a monthly accounts receivable/payable aging review. Bill entry and invoicing are separate services, each starting at $125/month.
What if my books are behind?
Historical cleanup starts at $250 per month of records. We'll review the condition and volume of your records, then agree on the project scope and pricing before beginning.
Can you work with my business remotely?
